I'm pretty annoyed with how the scheduling was conducted with this office. After approaching them for an appointment, we went through the process of scheduling. Kristi offered me a date based on my parameters, and I let her know that I wouldn't be available for that date. So, she offered another date. I agreed and started submitting the documents they requested. Then after it had been a few days of not hearing from them, I asked if they had secured the date they offered, and they said they gave it to someone else. Without even checking in or notifying me of the change or to see if I still was available. I only found this out because I asked for an update. Then she sent a confirmation for the date I wasn’t available for, also with NO communication. When I asked what had happened she casually told me that she gave the date away. I had to schedule time off for this. This lack of caring or compassion for your customers schedule is something I can't wrap my head around. The date she offered to remedy this is now a month and a half in the future. I’d rather start fresh with a new dentist who understand scheduling and valuing their patients. Just wanted to share this here, so if anyone is on the fence or experiencing the same issue knows they aren’t alone.
